Welcome into the Wisdom of Sophia
"Hear O Terra, God is Love. From eons past to eons future, God is Love."
You may often hear members of our Church uttering these words in their everyday lives. These words, written in the Book of Valirna, were given to us by the Holy Mother several centuries ago, and we hold to them dearly. The image of God as vengeful and angry that so many preach is one that we can accept. Our experience of God, and the experience of our first Prophetess, Sophia Valirna, have always indicated that God is Love. Love is the force that flows freely throughout our universe, and Love is what gives all humans a reason for existence. I pray that during your time here you may find that Love expressed in a way most compelling to you. We invite you to join us on the Journey of Light.
And may the peace of our Mother, Sophia, flourish among us all.

Scripture of the Day
And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your daughters and sons will prophesy, your elders will dream dreams, your youths will see visions.
Even on my servants, both women and men, I will pour out my Spirit in those days.
I will show wonders in the heavens and on the earth, blood and fire and billows of smoke.
The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great day of the LORD.
And everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved; for in the Holy City there will be deliverance, as the LORD has said, among the survivors whom the LORD calls.
