The Council of the Faith, headed by the Prophetess of the Light, is the leading governing council of the Christian Holiness Church.  The Elders are selected by the Covenant Members of the Church's communities.  They are also the political leaders of the Christian Holiness Socialist Party, in addition to their religious roles.

The Council lives in community at the Abbey, 25 miles outside of Kihnterha.  All are welcome to visit and listen to their teachings.
